Ansh is a metallurgical engineer with a higher degree in engineering management from Melbourne. He currently acts as board member on many successful companies in Australia and India.
Ansh has practised in various fields in resources and manufacturing industry – mining investments and offtakes, operations, management consulting across Australia, Russia, India, Kazakhstan and U.S with more than 15 years industry experience with companies like Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, KazZinc, OneSteel, Mercedes-Benz and more.
With over 17 years’ experience in Russia and Australia, Kristina is well versed with corporate financial analysis and funding, business development and management roles within government and corporate sectors. Kristina holds a high degree in public administration, master’s degree in economic management and diploma in accounting. With her hands-on cross country expertise she leads business and financial services team of Avidsys Group.
Jack is an economist by education and 30+ years of business experience, he has managed multi billion dollars business in world major mining and trading firms. Before joining Rio Tinto in 1995, Jack had M&A, JV establishment and management with commodity trading with Mitsui &Co Ltd, a Japanese global trading house.
As Managing Director of supply chain, Infrastructure of Rio Tinto and Robe River Iron Ore, Jack was instrumental in bringing Rio Tinto Iron Ore to develop as Australia’s biggest Iron Ore producer. Jack also spent 2 years as Chief Operating Officer of Oyu Tolgoi, Mongolia (a Rio Tinto managed, one of world’s biggest Copper and Gold mine) before joining AvidSys in mid 2015.
Deependra is a seasoned executive with demonstrated experience in business strategy and the delivery of major projects throughout Australia and overseas. Deependra is a mining engineer and has worked in several operational and technical roles across the industry for companies like Aditya Birla, BHP and Newmont and brings a unique blend of engineering, Strategic planning and Project management across a range of paradigms. Deependra has a successful track record of driving innovation, sustainability, safety and productivity in organisations by optimising performance to plan, establishing new control systems, minimising production losses and reducing downtime, whilst meeting business objectives within set budgets, Health and Safety regulations and Quality Standards.
Ashleigh is an accomplished HR professional with demonstrated experience in senior roles across a broad range of sectors and industry bodies. Combining integrity, reliability and attention to detail with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, Ashleigh ensures effective engagement with staff and stakeholders across all business levels.
Tram is an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in specialised engineering fields including Electrical, SCADA, instrumentation and control systems engineering.
Tram brings diverse experience in delivering end to end solutions from project award through to design, switchboard manufacturing, implementation, testing and on-site commissioning, across water, mining, building and construction sectors.
She has demonstrated success in driving organisational change, building high performing teams and executing strategic plans.
Alistair is an executive manager with proven track record of delivering value by solving complex system problems through a structured and inclusive methodology, developing the capability of personnel, improving efficiency across bottlenecks and reducing costs. He has over 25 years of industry experience, predominantly with large blue chip resources companies, across a variety of roles including commercial, business planning, engineering, construction, facilities management and change management. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Business Administration (International Business) from the University of New England.
